The fish was warm in the rolls (a definite no-no). And looking online, we're not the only people that have had warm fish there. Gross.

mmm... fried tofu. mmmm. The only plus in the meal. And they had the white miso, I like white miso.

Does that make me racist?

It was a traditional restaurant with a carryout option. Conveyor belt sushi is sadly lacking in our immediate area.

This place could be an inferior "Yo! Sushi (http://www.yosushi.com)" knock-off. Did they have a little conveyor belt or was it just a traditional "wait and tip" restaurant?

Think agedashi tofu with panko instead of starch, covered with tentsuyu that's more of a diabetic nightmare than usual. The sauce was pretty darn sweet.

Amen on the coupons.

dang, how do you screw up unagi?!

the tofu sounds similar to age[dashi] tofu, one of my favorites (have you had it before? you must have. was this Yomato tofu basically the same thing, or slightly different?)

And ya know, if places don't want to honor the coupons that they go into (they have to pay to be included in restaurant.com, after all), maybe they shouldn't freaking do it. Grar. Rude jerks.
